3. Payments
- Payments are made directly to the driver via cash or card after the ride.
- No online payments are processed through our website.
4. Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- No refunds or waivers for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must ensure correct pickup time and address details.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger may result in a charge for cleaning or repairs.
6. Liability
13 Silver Taxi will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and ensure passenger safety.
