1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- On-spot or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will not be eligible for a refund or free cancellation.
2. Refunds
Since 13 Silver Taxi does not process online payments, refunds do not apply.
All payments are handled directly between the passenger and driver at the time of the trip.
